The Formula 2 season is full of things to watch out for

The Formula 2 season is now finally underway and lots of things are there to talk about. The opening race at Bahrain if it was something to go by then there is lots more going to happen in the coming races. 6 drivers who are making debut in the F2 circuit from F3 is definitely one of the big talk of the season. It must be remembered that Richard Verschoor one of the new drivers who had come in from F3 only last season has already managed to impress. Similarly there are other drivers who are also coming into Formula 2 from Formula 3 and face several challenges. The first and foremost is to understand the way how the tyres work and the other mechanical parts of the car which gets different in Formula 2. If one observes closely the technicalities of Formula 2 and the response from the drivers who graduated from F3 to F2 every single one of them have a concern on how to manage the tyres and the balance of the car. It is very important for the drivers to get adjusted to that feeling and be in sync with the car. This is where the transition for a Formula 2 driver from F3 matters a lot and the similar example can be used when you reach the highest leve of racing in the form of Formula 1. It is therefore always about finding the right balance and the first race proved that the drivers coming up from F3 to F2 are looking to face these challenges.

Also the racing circuit in Formula 2 is no stranger to throwing up surprises. This is where the seaosn for Formula 2 opener in 2022 gave us a live example in the form of Prema Racing and their drivers. It all started with a bright sprint race but when it came to the final race it turned into a disappointment. The name of Jehan Daruvala would come up in that story. Moving ahead the qualifying time increased which was a surprise for many. Now it comes to the question of how further races would go. It is definitely worth remembering that the drivers would be facing new challenges. In this regard the drivers such as Iwasa are overcoming their struggles. Formula 2 is that part of the motorsports where the idea is to get on top of the drivers standings to move upto the chance of Formula 1. Therefore the next race in Saudi Arabia which would also put questions on whether the racing standards would improve.. The question of Nissany getting into a tussle with Verschoor raied questions of what kind of driving standards is one talking about. The other driver who was in trouble was Caldwell who got penalized for missing his mark in the formation lap. These kind of technicalities would come in question as the racers look to make a mark in the Formula 2 season to move upto F1 for a better future ahead.
