Chaos and fierce competition rules Saudi Arabia Sprint Race

The sprint race at Saudi Arabia is finally over and as expected it was a chaotic race as well. The safety car was already out by the 12th lap. Interestingly there were conflicting messages coming up after the safety car came out. In the beginning there were instructions for the drivers to go through the pitlane. Then the message came up from the race control to the teams not to do the same. This was contradictory. It definitely put a lot of racers on the steady foot. The safety cars were out again and again. The race leader Dennis Hauger who had got a pole position was handed a 10 second stop and go penalty and that too happened because of the confusion in the team. The continous resumption of safety cars definitely pushed the cars around here and there. The first safety car ended on lap 7 where the racers wanted to get back to the racing mode. The cars were back into the racing mode from 13th lap with Hughes taking the lead from William from turn 1. The battle was going on front midfield upto the later part of the midefield.with a lot of racers coming in. Marcus Armstrong fought the battle for fifth and Richard Verschoor got the eight position when the battlle with Ralph Boschung. This battle was going on for a lot of laps with the race picking up from competition in the midfield. Lawson took the fastest lap with him taking the lead.

The safety car was back in action but this time vrtually. It was because of the crash which happened with Armstrong’s car which forced him to resign his car before the chequered flag. The battle at the front was equally exciting with Juri Vips snatching second place at the last time from Hughes. It all seemed that the feud between Verschoor and Nissany kept going even in this race whuch would keeps fans wondering whether their clahses would keep on going. In the mean time Felipe Drugovich took fourth place. Returning back to Verschoor he managed to fiish his race coming 6th. Iwasa and Borschung especially the latter who had to really fight it out came into top eight. Then next comes the question of Jehan Daruvala for the Indian fans who came 9th unlike the top poisition he got in the last sprint race is what broke the expectations of many. So in the end the Saudi Arabian race as promised did turn out to be a hectic affair. The same may hold true in the final race as well. Now it all comes down to how these kind of racing results and the impact of the performances would come up. The probable answer would come up once the final race happens but there already some answers coming up.That is many teams are struggling to come up with the performances that can be reassuring. However it is what motor racing is all about where unpredictability is always at the forefront.
