Chris Pfeiffer, the Legendry Stunt Rider Passes Away At 51

Chris Pfeiffer, a legendary stunt rider, has died. The 51-year-old stunt bike legend allegedly committed suicide after suffering from melancholy. Pfeiffer is acknowledged as having a major role in making stunt riding more popular across the world. The German stunt rider toured the world for nearly 20 years, displaying his talents on a variety of bikes and doing dangerous exploits.

Pfeiffer is still remembered as one of the most famous stunt riders in the world, having resigned from professional stunt riding in 2015. He remained engaged in the sport’s various aspects.

Pfeiffer won the Red Bull Hare Scramble four times throughout his two-decade career. He has won a slew of additional tournaments and titles. The rider acquired his first motorcycle as a gift from his father when he was five years old, kicking off his motorsport career. At the age of 10, Chris won his first trial race on a motocross bike, kicking off a decade-long career in professional motocross racing. He went on to win over 300 prizes and became Germany’s junior motocross champion in 1985.

However, doing motorbike feats made him a global celebrity, with many of his tricks being self-taught. BMW Motorrad later sponsored the rider, and the company released the BMW F 800 R Chris Pfeiffer Edition in his honour. Pfeiffer went on to do stunt riding acts in 94 countries, including India in 2010. In collaboration with Red Bull, the rider performed in five cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Chris Pfeiffer retired from professional stunt riding in 2015, although he remained a prominent figure in the sport, continuing to do stunts for private performances and occasions. The rider Chris Pfeiffer is survived by his children and wife, Renate. On March 26, 2022, he will be laid to rest at Trauchgau, Germany.

We at Fervent Motorsports convey our deepest condolences to the family of late legendary biker of this generation.
