Is Gardner Out of GasGas KTM?

All were waiting for the news of Remy Gardner continuing his GasGas KTM contract. But guess what? News has just come up that Remy will not be riding a GasGas bike in the upcoming season.

And this is no speculation, mind you. This is coming straight from KTM’s CEO Stefan Pierer who said that Gardner will not be a part of the GasGas KTM racing team, regardless of what Miguel Oliveira decides.

Miguel Oliveira is a four-time MotoGP champion who came as a threat to Gardner’s position in the Tech3 KTM team. Garnder’s contender will be joining Tech3 next year at the launch of GasGas racing with KTM at KTM’s home ground.

After Oliveria was signed to the RedBull KTM racing team in 2011, he always wanted to have some space for Jack Miller to join Tech3 KTM after leaving Ducati. Looks like his plans are in action.

Garnder knows that something is wrong and admitted that he does not see himself in the team and there is nothing left for him in the upcoming MotoGP season.

As a result, when the San Marino Grand Prix takes place at Misano next weekend (September 2-4), information regarding the second GasGas ride is likely to be released.

Brad Binder and Miller at Red Bull KTM are already set, while Espargaro, a former rider for that team who spent two years with Repsol Honda, has joined the family at GasGas.
