TVS and Petronas Tie-Up Comes to Fruitation

Recently the tie-up between Petronas and TVS was making hype around the world of Indian motorsport. With time the partnership is coming to actualisation.

With Jagan Kumar coming back from injury and K Y Ahmad winning in their respective divisions, the TVS factory racing team took home two victories in the Pro Stock division.  Petronas TVS Racing managed to overtake Rajini Krishnan in Race 1 in the Pro Stock 301-400cc category. But in Race 2, Krishnan returned to form and crushed the Petronas TVS riders to claim his fifth victory of the year. With a 51-point advantage over Ravikumar in the final, Krishnan is currently vying for his 11th National championship.

Rajiv Sethu managed to win Race 1 in the Pro Stock 165cc Open Category. After recovering from an injury earlier in the season, Jagan Kumar won race 2.

This victory will boost the morale of Petronas as they are trying to change the motorsport landscape of India. With their win, the collaboration between Petronas and TVS has proven to be fruitful.
