What is Wrong with Ford-Msport?

All show but no result was something happened with Ford M-sport at the Ypres Rally. All the hype made around the stage became useless.

The last time Ford tasted the sweet taste of podium was in June, all thanks to Craig Breen. Since then the team has been struggling to leave a mark on the tracks of WRC. This weekend cost Ford a fortune as three of its drivers Breen, Gus Greensmith and Adrien Fourmaux had some costly accidents.

In Stage 10 of the asphalt rally, Breen was in fifth place when he made a mistake that led to a spectacular crash, the team leader’s third in the previous three competitions.

Injuring his left rear on the same stage, Greensmith raced off the road and into a field, losing many minutes before finishing outside the points in 19th place overall.

As a result, Fourmaux was the leader until the Frenchman crashed out of the rally’s penultimate stage after going wide into a ditch and giving up a solid fifth place. The full-timer had retired five times before the incident after nine events.
